to cool days again

No water running yet but 8" of rain

 has brought up the green grasses.

 We had three glorious days of cool weather

 but the heat is back 

and with it the humidity

 so the conditions are pretty awful.

 Today was 102 degrees, 

tomorrow expected to be hotter.

 And bless their little cotton socks they always

 measure the temperatures in the coolest place in town.

 WHICH IS NOT MY BACK VERANDAH!!!!

I do just love to read all those beautiful blogs

 from the other side of the world 

and for a few moments I actually feel cool so thank

you ladies!
